To save time, we encourage you to complete our new patient forms in advance, which are available on our website. These forms provide essential information to help us understand your condition. Upon arrival, Elena the office manager, will personally welcome you and assist with any remaining paperwork.

During your appointment, Dr. Shelley will discuss your condition to determine if chiropractic care is appropriate for you. She will explain the philosophy of chiropractic and how adjustments are performed. If she determines that another specialist is better suited for your needs, she will provide a referral.

Your initial visit will include a comprehensive chiropractic examination, potentially involving range of motion, neurological, orthopedic, and postural tests. If necessary, you may also be referred for an X-ray or advanced imaging.

Following your evaluation, Dr. Shelley will provide a detailed report of her findings and propose a personalized care plan. This plan may include treatment, postural suggestions, and stretching or strengthening exercises designed to meet your wellness goals.
